How to make Keto Momos!
Everybody loves Momos! The problem is, you almost always have to give them up when you follow a healthy diet.
But it turns out there is a way to make low-carb and even keto-friendly chicken momos with net carbs of 1.2 grams! The secret to this is making a healthy dough.
Below are instructions to create a low-carb, keto friendly dough for moms.
List of ingredients for the dough: 1/8 cup or 15 gram coconut flour, 55 gram ground sesame seeds, 1/8 tsp ground garlic, 2 tsp oil, 3.5 tsp psyllum husk powder
Step 1: Mix the coconut flour, ground sesame seeds, psyllum husk along with 1/4 spoon of salt or as per taste.
Step 2: Add oil and water to the dough. Start with adding 1/4th cup, and add more little by little until you can shape the dough.
Step 3: Take a piece of dough, slightly smaller than a goldball. With a rolling pin, roll it to 2 to 3 mm thick. If the dough crumbles, add some water. Trim the edges for a diameter of 10 cm
Step 4: Put the filling inside the dough and serve with chutney!
